Many clients already have a simple Web-oriented application that can be integrated with the Customer Integration Manager in a matter of hours. For more complex implementation, or custom development, we work with each client to create a specific statement of work for the consulting engagement, including a detailed work plan and description of the deliverables and due dates. Our engagements have included application development, integration of external systems and data bases, and the implementation of custom Unified Agent Desktop mash-ups.

NexxPhase Technical Support and Help Desk services provide 24x7 coverage for incident reporting, error correction support, and case management.

User Training is typically provided on a train-the-trainer basis covering all user, agent, supervisor, administrator, and reporting functions. Custom format courseware and learning management applications are available.
